Melody Reichel started February 1, 2022 as the Office of Administration Operational Excellence leader. Operational Excellence is Melody’s passion and dream role. She loves to process map to see what can be improved and made more efficient.

Melody has been in state government for over 29 years. In her role with the Department she continuously works with all division to implement new and more efficient ways of work. She oversees the Departments strategic priorities and critical measures.

Melody is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, her goal is to get her Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt in the future.
