Brooklyn currently serves as the Division Director of Administration and the Operational Excellence Leader at the Missouri Department of Revenue. She has worked for the DOR for fourteen years, and held positions in the Taxation Division and the Motor Vehicle and Driver Licensing Division prior to transition to the Administration Division. As the Division Director of Administration, she oversees Human Resources and Total Rewards, Financial Services, General Services, and process improvement. Brooklyn obtained a bachelor’s degree in management and human resources management from Columbia College.
