Kayla Kueckelhan has worked for Missouri’s Department of Economic Development (DED) since April 2022. Kayla is DED’s Operational Excellence leader and serves as the Deputy Director of DED’s Strategy and Performance Division. Kayla and her team lead DED’s dashboard initiative efforts and partner with DED leaders to improve program design and build successful economic and community development strategies. Prior to joining DED, Kayla worked for Missouri’s Department of Revenue for over 9 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Missouri and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
