I have had the privilege of working for the State since 1996. First at the Department of Natural Resources and then at the Department of Insurance, now called the Department of Commerce and Insurance. I am currently the Director of the Administrative Division within the department and am responsible for various administrative and regulatory functions. I have been on the state OpEx team since its creation, and my role has been to grow the program at the grassroots level to benefit department employees, our processes and our fellow Missourians.
